Service is so important to the end user, the customer. Alot of companies talk about service or good service., but how many really mean it. Service is not just a word in a company's slogan or mission statement. If you don't have excellent service ,you will fail. It is the foundation. It starts when the phone rings and should never stop after that.I don't even know if good service is teachable. It's something deep inside to understand, it should be natual. It's the little things that make a happy customer. Happy customers keep coming back. Happy customers tell their friends and family. So start a busness and make sure you offer excellent service.
